Alexander L. Varga
Realtor & Architect

Alex brings a highly trained and sophisticated perspective to any probate real estate transaction because he is both a licensed practicing real estate agent and architect.   Alex obtained his B.A. from Yale College in 1984 and his Masters in Architecture in 1989 from the University of Pennsylvania.  He also served for six years on the Board of Trustees of the prestigious Pasadena Heritage, whose mission is to preserve Pasadena's architectural and cultural heritage.

The sale of real estate during probate often requires the Probate Administrator/Executor to weigh the costs and benefits with regard to making minor and/or major repairs to the estate property to bring the highest and best price for the Estate.  Alex's background in architecture and having worked as a builder himself for ten years, better positions him to advise Probate Administrators/Executors on how to increase a property's value with minimal expenditure.  Alex is also able to over see all repairs, freeing up the Administrator/Executor to focus on other matters.

Moreover, Alex's background is a significant plus to the Probate Estate because he can provide prospective buyer's with a realistic vision of a property's potential.

Having successfully completed numerous probate real estate transactions since 2013 Alex has gained the needed experience and trust of our clients to handle even the most difficult probate sales.
