Liam C. Moravec is a probate and estate planning paralegal with extensive experience assisting
attorneys and clients in probate administration, trust administration, and estate planning matters
throughout California.

Liam C. Moravec has more than four years of experience as a probate and estate planning
paralegal and plays an integral role in assisting the attorneys at Moravec, Varga & Mooney with
all aspects of probate and trust administration. He has substantial experience handling California
probate matters from commencement through final distribution and works on matters pending in
courts throughout the State of California.

Liam assists in all facets of probate administration, including the preparation of probate petitions,
court filings, notices, inventories and appraisals, accountings, and distribution documents. He
also has extensive familiarity with estate planning documents, including revocable living trusts,
wills, powers of attorney, and advance health care directives, and assists the firm's attorneys in
preparing comprehensive estate plans tailored to each client's needs.

In addition to his paralegal responsibilities, Liam is a commissioned California Notary Public
and regularly assists clients with the execution of estate planning and trust administration
documents.

Liam is currently attending California State University, Los Angeles, where he is majoring in
Engineering and is expected to graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in May 2027.
Following graduation, he plans to attend law school and continue his professional commitment to
the practice of trust and estate law.
