Henry J. Moravec III, is an "av-rated" attorney. Henry graduated from Loyola Law School in 1990 Order of the Coif. He was admitted to practice law in California in 1990 and has practiced for 35 years in the areas of tax and estate planning. He is a past Chair of the Exempt Organizations Committee of the Tax Section Los Angeles County Bar Association, and a past member of the Executive Committee of such Tax Section. He has lectured on estate planning and tax issues for CEB, the USC Tax Institute, and at the National Conference of the American Bar Association and was a contributing editor to the CEB text, Advising California Nonprofit Corporations.
