Linda M. Varga is an experienced California probate attorney, trust and estate lawyer, and estate planning attorney representing clients throughout Los Angeles County and Southern California in matters involving probate administration, trust administration, trust litigation, conservatorships, and estate planning.

Ms. Varga is a founding partner of Moravec, Varga & Mooney and has more than 35 years of legal experience representing individuals, families, fiduciaries, and beneficiaries in probate, trust administration, and estate matters. Drawing upon a decade of litigation experience and more than twenty years dedicated exclusively to trusts and estates, Ms. Varga is known for her practical advice, meticulous attention to detail, and compassionate guidance through some of life's most challenging transitions.

Ms. Varga graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 1990 and was admitted to practice law in California the same year. She has been practicing law in good standing for more than 35 years.
Ms. Varga is an AV-rated attorney, the highest rating awarded by Martindale-Hubbell for legal ability and ethical standards.

During the first ten years of her legal career, Ms. Varga practiced as a full-time litigation attorney, gaining extensive courtroom and trial experience. Since 2003, she has focused her practice exclusively on estate and probate law, concentrating on all aspects of trust administration, probate administration, trust litigation, conservatorships, and estate planning for clients with estates of all sizes and levels of complexity.
She regularly represents trustees, executors, administrators, beneficiaries, and families in both contested and non-contested matters and is known for her thorough preparation, practical problem-solving skills, and commitment to responsive client service.
