     Many estates do not involve separate counsel and separate interests for trustees, executors and beneficiaries.  A large part of our practice consists of the basic work of  making sure that creditors are paid, taxes are computed, and assets are distributed or held for beneficiaries according to the terms of the governing document.  We advise clients on all aspects of administration of estates, whether in a formal probate court proceeding or in a private trust administration.
